Tipperary Museum and the School of Irish Archaeology present The Big Dig, a life size excavation of a Viking House. Participants will have the opportunity to excavate a recreated Viking House and see first-hand the artefacts discovered and learn more about life and work in Viking Times. A free drop in event running from 4pm -8pm aimed at all ages, adults, children and families.
Clonmel Town Architectural Trail is a treasure hunt with clues made up of architectural details of buildings. Following a marked route on the map participants must discover the name/grid location of the building based on the photo clue. Aimed at adults, children and families, available free of charge from 4pm to 8pm at Tipperary Museum.
